1 Introduction & Applicability

4 Deposits & Payments

5 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal Conditions:

10 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your betiji account at any time by contacting customer support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

Betiji may close or suspend an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• On suspicion of fraud or money laundering
• Regarding Registration with Incorrect or False Information
• Regarding Age Limit Violations
• Regarding Involvement in Prohibited Activities

11 Limitation of Liability

Betiji is committed to providing the most reliable service possible, but accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses caused by internet connection interruptions
• Errors on the part of third-party payment providers
• Hardware or software issues on your device
• Losses resulting from cyberattacks or hacking (where betiji's own security measures were properly in place)
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, etc.)

Betiji's total liability will not exceed the total amount you have deposited over the preceding 12 months under any circumstances.

12 Changes to Terms & Contact Information

Betiji may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes by email or in-app notification.

Continued use of the site after updated Terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
